Departure time and cancellation
- Riders should arrive at least 10 minutes before the scheduled times.Departure is at 9h00 on sundays, 900h on tuesday , 6h30pm on wednesday evenings, 9h00am on thursdays and 9h00 on saturdays. Look up departure hours on the calendar for out of town departures.

- If there is more than 15 riders the pack will be divided in two.

- We suggest that you bring a picnic lunch or a snack for tueady, thursday and sunday rides.

- Road maps are available on our web site only, although some outings are subject to change without notice.
|
- In the event of rain The person responsible for the ride will determine if it is cancelled.Check your e-mails a cancellation notice may be sent within an hour of departure. If weather is uncertain, bring your rain gear.
